I've decided to start uploading FPVOD's of my laddering/doing practice games with friends, and I figured here would be a good place to let people know :D
It's going to be like a stream, except not live, in that, instead of talking to the people watching, I'll be talking to friends on Skype, which I figure is a good way to fix my problems with talking on the internet in a video. So far I've recorded a few videos just to test it out and it's been working fairly well. I'm a high Platinum Zerg, getting matched with Diamonds, and I play on the NA server.
I've been wanting to start posting on YouTube or streaming for a while now. Streaming isn't an option because the internet where I live is really bad, so that leaves YouTube s my only option. Playing more and improving are my top two goals right now. Eventually, I'd like to get partnered, but it is the last thing on my mind for now.
I have a few questions for you lovely people of TL:
1) Would you guys even be interested in this kind of thing?
2) How could I improve my videos to be more appealing?
3) Do you guys think it would be good for me to censor myself, since cursing when playing SC2 is almost inevitable?
I hope I gain some viewers from this post, thank you all for your time

I would take a look, censoring is no problem.

I'll definitely be interested in that.

Okay, awesome! The link to my channel is in the OP

First of all, that question implies that you actually watched the video, so thank you :D
And, that was my friend Aaron, or Hikariprime here on TL.

Anyway, we've gone a bit off-topic. I liked it though, but like Destiny you could include friends or other peeps in there with most casts, haha. Always more entertaining with two.

Yeah, Aaron was the only one online though D: One of my other friends got online shortly after this was recorded. So most of my videos with have 2 or more people Skype :D

I watched a bit of that zvz, your first upload and I have some advice for you.
First of all, you need to learn to use the F keys because you were scrolling a lot which is slow. F1 at your main, F2 at natural expo, F3 at your ramp, and F4 at the enemy base is what I've found to be effective. Next, you need to work on your multitask. Although it was admirable to try to micro those banelings as you did, the fact is you had 20 lings just sitting at home that could have been rallied and used to kill your opponent.

I've tried using F keys, but there is no point, since I hotkey my Queens individually. And the lings, I forgot to set the rally :C As for the Banelings, my micro is bad. But I'm not exactly looking for tips on my play right now with these VOD's, I just want it all set up for now.

Man what's that language setting you play on? At the end there's a female voice.

It's a 3rd party program called SC2 Gears (language set to Korean for lulz :D), and it keeps track of everything you will want to know about your 'career' in Starcraft 2. APM development, win/loss (matchups/maps), and even random things like how many times a certain word has been said in game. Very good program
