I just went through exactly the same thing?... Took two trips to the ER about a week ago. Gave me codeine along with drops to help numb the pain and antibiotics but on the day of the 2nd ER trip I went to a specialist and he gave me some antibiotic drops and vicodin oh and btw I noticed nothing help with the pain better than ibuprofen | ||

I was taking hydrocodone and actually have almost a full bottle of it left on my desk here because after the first dosage it barely helped and then I tried some 800mg ibuprofen my gf left me and it completely took all the pain away for 6hours at the least. When I took vicodin it would only help for about 3hours after the 1st dosage. | ||
