So my senior year of high school just started today! Pretty excited about that. I am taking a quite a few difficult classes this year which are as follows:
•Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus
•AP Government/Econ.
•AP Psychology (first time being offered at my school. Seems to be pretty interesting so far!)
•Honors Chemistry (unfortunately it's a class full of sophomores, only taking it now because i decided to do physics early and delay chemistry)
•AP Literature (I'm probably screwed in this class. I'm a slow reader on top of being a poor writer.)
•and finally, Orchestra (we are a small orchestra of about 25-30. I'm the first chair of the cellos and have only been playing for a year. Even though i learn instruments quickly, it wouldn't take too much to be better than me. That's how bad we are  just a few good talents and fast learners in a sea of crap!)
Any tips on surviving this last year before I can have the freedom of moving out to some college dorm hopefully somewhat far away?

Keep in mind that high school is a joke compared to what comes next, if what you aim for is somewhat elitist.
With that in mind, just have fun and don't take classes too seriously. It's mostly important to learn and ensure that you will pass with ease. But don't go all beserk on your studies.
It's the last year of innocence before THE SYSTEM BUTT-RAPES YOU WITH A CACTUS.
Haha, just joking.

You'll live. I'm doing full IB courses which are also a mouthful, but hell in terms of the number of projects and shit we have to do, and the ways in which we have to do them.

I guess my advice is to be diligent and structured in your studies, and focus on what matters in the long run.
I know this is vague, but I feel that I've wasted countless hours brooding over details and perfection without taking the long view into full consideration.

By the way, neither Highschool or College are truly free.
We pay taxes to the federal and state governments which fund these programs. Even scholarships are funded by organizations which in turn derive their revenues from some source that can eventually be traced back to our wallets.
As they say, "there is no such things as a free lunch"

If you need help with your Calculus or Economics, feel free to PM me.
I would recommend you begin looking for an apartment near your intended school. Or at least compare the prices of apartments to the dorms. At a lot of Universities an apartment is considerably cheap compared to the dorms (Sometimes an entire year in a 3 bedroom apartment with room mates is half an entire year in the dorms). College dorms also don't give you nearly as much freedom as you think. Moreover, the sooner you select your college for next year, the easier your second semester will be xD.

thanks for the advice about dorms  i have a few colleges I'm applying to but wont find out where ill be able to go to/where i can afford until all the acceptance letters and financial aid comes in and:
