You're probably going to regret it, just like most tatoos. As someone who knows a lot of people with (usually a lot) of tattoos as a musician, Fine Arts major, etc. Most people who end up getting a tattoo regret it in some way/shape/form.
For most, it's that they got their tattoo too hastily; not realizing that ideals/loves/etc would not last as long as they thought and the tattoo would. Think of anyone who has an ex's name tattoo'd on their body. For some, it's a fashion choice that they will grow out of (tramp stamps, foreign inscriptions, etc). For some it's that they wish they would have gotten a better quality tattoo.
That being said, if you already have a sleeve, it's probably not AS big of a deal (though even friends who have 50+ tattoos always seem to regret some). The reason you get a tattoo is to get something to celebrate, embrace, and commemorate something you know you will love for the rest of your life. For instance some fathers get their children's name's tattooed on their body; military members often get tattoos to honour their brethren, pay homage to those lost, and celebrate their service; people in my circles generally get tattoos to pay homage to their ideals and what they stand for (it's not uncommon for someone to have hundreds of tatoos in some subcultures). However, none of this sounds like you. The very fact that you want a "vague" looking tattoo tells me that it's not for you. You don't get a tattoo to be "vague" or hide something from the world.
Also, that being said, think of how your ink might affect you in other ways (other than regret). Is that going to be a problem in your career? For me, I know that a lot of schools/universities frown on visable tattoos, so they've never been an option for me. You'd be suprised how many career choices frown on visable tattoos, so if your career means a lot to you remember that.
Overall, I would recommend ANYONE wanting to get a tattoo think about it a long time. I have one fiend in particular who has upwards of 100 hours in the chair and still never gets a tattoo without at least a year's deliberation on weather he REALLY wants a particular tattoo (he generally gets a few every year around his birthday). I would strongly recommend a long period of meditation on it before you act.

Eh personally if I was gonna get a tattoo I would get something that would be meaningful throughout my entire life (since that's exactly how long a tattoo is gonna last on your body). I wouldn't just get some random symbol for the hell of it. As much as I love Starcraft and all, I can't imagine having this same passion for a video game when I'm 70 as I do now...but hey that's just my personal opinion, let us know if you actually go through it.

Most tatoos, you say, haha, imagine what that person will think in 20 years. For you, tell us what you think a month from now.

As it stands, Tassadar is lookin a little hungry. Get buff, though, and he'll be a 3/3 monster that actually looks badass.
