EPTI went down with a friend and his girlfriend. The drive was roughly 12 hours and was pretty smooth. We ate at The Cheesecake Factory that night and it was incredible! The place looks like it's a four star restaurant! Not to mention the amount of choices and how much food they give was incredible. The rest of the night was fine. Unfortunately the morning didn’t turn out to be as good. We woke up early Friday. I went down to the gym for a run when my friend comes in and tells me someone broke into his car and stole the gps and some cords and such. Luckily nothing too important got stolen because we can get gps on our phones, but it still wasn’t a great start.

This MLG was very different from Columbus. I spent a lot of time going around meeting pros and getting pictures with them at Columbus. I took very few pictures this time. I also spent a lot more time just watching games and rooting for a few players (DONG RAE GUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!). It was just really cool to just get caught up in the games and not worry about anything else or who was around me. Did I mention DONG RAE GU GOT CODE S!!!! But yea it was an incredible tournament. The only complaint I have is the lack of chairs which I understand they can’t fix. It would’ve been nice to be able to walk around freely and then come back to a chair and not have to constantly save seats.
I was really pulling for Coca in that finals. He played incredible and was ahead in all three of those games. It was really brutal to watch him just make small mistakes and slowly get strangled by Bomber. Nevertheless it was incredible!

-Best part of the tournament had to be watching Nada vs. Puma and watching him yell “I AM NADA!” I cheered as loud as I possibly could for him.
-Funniest part of the weekend was when my friend’s girlfriend completely fell in love with Tasteless. She spent the entire day today looking up videos and pictures of him. She just bought a shirt on the handsomenerd.com. And of course she now wants his babies. Don’t we all.
-Worst part(s) of the weekend were getting the gps stolen, my friend losing his debit card, and me getting a $218 speeding ticket on the drive home.

Despite some of those bad things it was an incredible weekend and if I can I will go to as many MLG events that I can!
