SC2 Replay launcher .bat

I know everyone is annoyed by the fact that Starcraft 2 can't open replays externally if the process is already running.

Solution: kill the process, wait for couple of seconds and launch the replay after that.
This can be done by a simple 3-line .bat file: sc2replaylauncher.bat

Set the .bat file as the default program for .sc2replay files. Also change the "Starcraft II.exe" path in .bat file and you're good to go.

Looks good to me. Just make sure people know that it will stop SC2 if it's already running. Thanks for this.

And I suppose it's worth mentioning that I have no problem opening replays externally. I just double-click the .sc2replay file and SC2 opens and loads the replay immediately after I log in. Does that not work for everyone or does this do something different?

Weird. That has never happened to me, and from what I've heard, I thought that was the case for everyone. When i try to open a replay, SC2 window activates, but nothing else happens.

Are you using W7 64bit?
