Honey and Starcraft

Chapter 0
The GomTV Stage, One can say it is the highest place for any man to stand in the industry of eSports, be it for fame, glory, wealth, passion and love. On top stood the men who have just conquered the world. the whom have triumphed over Gods and Devils. They were the SlayerS. next to their leader stood their queen, Otherwise known as SlayerSJessica, She was a strong woman whom support the team through thick and thin until this glorious day.
But below the stage there was a girl watching. She was Kim Shee Yoon, a fan of Starcraft, a passionate player, and a girl. She wasn't particularly excellent nor skilled. She didn't have a name in eSports nor did she have strong mechanics, however she had desire. The desire to stand upon that stage one day that many dreamed of but could never make it. One might say to desire is to love. She then in fact, loved Starcraft.
As the SlayerS team left the stage and passed by the row she was sitting, SlayerSJessica walked past her row, and for a second time grinded to a halt. Despite the amount of excitement in the studio, despite yelling and screaming of fans, SlayerSJessica was oblivious to all of that. Everything, except the girl she just walked past. She turned her head and looked back but she wasn't able to see that girl anymore.
"Is something the matter?"
A talk handsome man asked her, Of course this man is none other than BoxeR, her boy friend, other wise dubbed as the Emperor.
"Yeah, I have something to take care of real quick, I'll catch up with you guys at the restaurant."
And so SlayerSJessica walks back in to the studio she looks for the girl she has just seen. it was but a glance. But it was feeling she couldn't forget, even Jessica herself cannot understand what that feeling was. But there was one thing she knows.. She wants to meet her.
"She couldn't have left yet, the crowd only have started to leave the studio, If I wait by the exit I can probably catch her."
Which that thought Jessica turn around back toward the exit. But just as she turned around to leave she saw a almost familiar silhouette getting up. Without any thought she immediately extended her hand to grab her, The surprised girl turned around, and Jessica looked into the depth of her eyes and said.
"Hey you, play a match of Starcraft against me."
Now that I think of it I really hate writing w/e, it's about time I blogged about something at all. Hope this will do. Was really hard to think of anything at all without fighting the feeling inside me that I might be betraying my favorite player (BoxeR) with my fanfic writing. This piece is completely written drunk so take what I write with a grain of sand.
Chapter 1
"Hey you, play a match of Starcraft against me."
It was a crisp and clear voice, and one that was refreshing like cold spring water. It wasn't the first time Eve has heard those words. For it isn't strange for any Starcraft player to challenge another, or be challenged. but what was strange to her was actually who challenged her. There isn't a single Starcraft player in Korea who doesn't recognize the person standing in front of her. Black flowing hair, white pale skin, a face that compares to that of doll's.It was SlayerSJessica.
It seems like all the moving crowd has disappeared and it was but just the two of them in the studio. Eve, flustered and not knowing what to do, replied in a timid voice
"It's ok...I am not...very good or anything..."
"It doesn't matter, I just want you to play."
Jessica replied to Eve in such a resolved voice. It made Eve's hear skip a beat. Eve blushes abit and looks down towards the floor beside her, only to just avoid the eyes of SlayerSJessica, spoke in a soft voice.
".....ok....I'll play"
"but first...can you let go of my hand first?....It's....embarrassing..."
"Oh! Sorry.."
SlayerSJessica realized that she has been holding Eve's hand ever since she caught her and challenged her quickly apologizes. There was a moment of silence, both Jessica and Eve are left without anything to say. After a few seconds Jessica spoke up.
"There's a few computers backstage for practice and qualifier rounds, we could use those. Don't hold back against me, I want to see you play."
It wasn't the first time that Eve settled in to a chair, fixed her posture and prepared to play against someone in Starcraft. It was a familiar feeling. The ambience of the log in screen, feel of keys on the keyboard, the smell of the leather on the chair. It was a starcraft match, of which she played many times, she wasn't particularly good, or bad. But her opponent is in fact Jessica, the girl friend of BoxeR, the emperor. Eve was still slightly confused to what had just happened at this point. She thought about the encounter she just had. She can't help but to blush and feel slightly overheated at recalling what just have happened. But she tries her best to it off as she types into the chat box
"glhf"
The count down started. The 5 seconds felt close to what would be an eternity. Eve tries her best to not think about Jessica, but for some reason she can't stop herself.

Chapter 2
It wasn't the first time Eve played a TvT on Tal'darim, It wasn't the first time she lost a TvT on it either. But it was the first time she was crushed, devastated, and destroyed utterly. She didn't lose because Jessica cheesed, nor was it because of a mistake on her part. It was a loss because of the vast gap of skill. Banshees were shot down, Blue flame hellions were stopped Siege Tanks were brought down and Vikings crashed to the ground. Where Eve intended to attack, Jessica was there to defend it.
The game wasn't over yet. It was over though in many senses. Because there was nothing Eve could do at this point but to watch her main being razed to the ground. Her legs rubbed uncomfortably against each other due to the stress. Her hands slipped a fell from the keyboard. The game was over. That wasn't a match, it was a massacre. It isn't an exaggeration to say that she was bound down and stripped to her bare skin.
It was gg. The last supply depot burnt to the ground, Eve unable to bring herself back, sits fazed in the computer screen staring blankly at the defeat screen.
"Do you know why you lost?" Jessica asks from across the table
Eve still devastated looks down trying to avoid Jessica's gaze.
"I was't skilled enou-"
"Wrong, you had the skills."
Jessica quickly interrupts Eve before she could finish her sentence. Surprised Eve looks up at Jessica. Who just asks
"Do you love the game?"
It wasn't a yes or no answer question. Something like that can only be answered with yes and yes.
"Of course I do." Eve replied, without a thought.
Jessica got up and walked toward the coffee counter and poured herself a cup of black coffee. and asks.
"What do you think playing the game will accomplish for you? You say you loved the game. But you haven't told me why yet. Is it for the money? the fame and recognition? a team for you to belong?"
This question surprised Eve, for she never actually thought about it, but she was honest to herself, after all she does love the game.
"I don't think I wanted any of those as my goal. I think I do it because I love the game."
Jessica tilted her head and turned around at the reply.
"Noble, but that's why you lost. Because you didn't have anything to strive for. Because you have no desire, actually you do I am sorry. I can see it in your eyes. You desire something, it's not just love for the game. But you know not what it is."
Eve shaken up at such a statement, no one ever has said this to her. Her love for starcraft, is it just a shallow desire as a mean to something else? This person in front of her, so powerful, so overwhelming, a presence that stands to crush what she is, and all she is where she stands.
"Relax, I am here to help you, you have love, you have passion. What you want is something for you to find out. I am only here to help you, Come with me. I will show you the true way to play Starcraft."
Jessica declares to Eve and then extends her hand to her. Eve's face flushed and looked brightly at Jessica's face slowly brought her hand up and grasped Jessica's Extended hand.
I have gained major respect for VN writers, well much more respect now since writing H has been the most bullshit writing I've ever done in my life. And wow it's a shitty job and it's short. Fuck me
AFTERWORD
End of Volume 1. Really it was just a prologue kind of something that gets the blood in my brain flowing. It's pretty just a light short story written in 3 parts that kinda tell the story of Eve's recruitment into SlayerS. The story once again being completely fictional.
Maybe I'll write a volume 2. Not sure.
But through this I realized that I would make a terrible erotica writer.
