I have so many strange habits... I make nerdy references constantly, which is fantastic given most of my friends actually understand them. Humour ensues! While I love taking showers, because being clean is fantastic, I hate getting wet otherwise. Swimming is fine, but rain and sweat are not. I will go way out of my way to stay in shade etc on a hot day. I also air drum like a maniac. I think it freaks people out on the subway.

You should get one of those contraptions that puts a fan underneath when using a laptop in bed. I used things to prop it up so it won't overheat if I leave it on, but I usually close it when I go to sleep and I really doubt an off laptop is going to burn on me.

He stared at me for a moment as if trying to figure out whether to fire me or to punch me. Then he chuckled "Wait, you're kidding, right?" I think this is another symptom of the root cause that nobody, even in real life, can tell whether I'm joking or not. I guess I just come off as sort of a massive idiot.

Before reading your blogs, I didn't really know much about you except for that infamous Blizzcon costume picture and various rumours about attention whoring. After reading through some of them, I realize that you may be more outspoken than the average (female) netizen - and thus attract more attention (though I don't care if this is wanted or unwanted by you). But you also seem to be a casual, fun and straightforward person. I respect someone who manages to translate this attitude into the intarwebz and come out of it relatively unscathed. My GF initially gave me a frown upon seeing your Nidalee pictures, but when I showed her your scarcely-clad interpretation of Alexstrasza, what you portrayed and that the costume was self-made, she grinned and nodded in acknowledgement (she's playing WoW as well). I realize this has nothing to do with the blog entry at hand, but I just wanted to drop some lines. You're a cool little part of the TL community, and I hope you keep it up.

You just gave me so many happies! :D I really like to think of myself that way and I'm so glad that I'm not completely delusional in myself image! Support like this is one of the reasons I can ignore the trolls and haters and continue being myself, as loud and obnoxious and weird as I can be!

@TheGiz When I'm alone I'll do all manner of odd things, or at least things that other people might consider odd. I'll talk to myself, or slide around the house in my socks like Tom Cruise, or sing something, or make some retarded noise, play with my little brother's toys, all because it amuses me. I take great pleasure in my ability to entertain myself. I had just watched the 13th warrior and was about to begin making dinner when I started reenacting the cool sword fights with a cucumber (the cucumber being a sword). The cucumber slipped out of my hand during a huge swing and flew straight into a wall and literally exploded spraying cucumber all over my living room. It also left a huge green mark on the wall which was a pain in the ass to scrub off, at least the laughs were worth it.

One day I hope someone will appreciate sharing in that kind of stupidity with me. Good stuff.

Sometimes when I sleep, I cover myself with the pillow and put my head over the sheets (lol?)

usually just go with the sandwiches/soups/etc even at really nice restaurants I wear sandals almost year round, only putting on sneakers when it begins to snow. Don't like socks at all and... I always put a fresh towel/facecloth over my pillow before I fall asleep, it actually severely reduces breakouts since pillowcases get so dirty from your hair.

Weird Al Yankovic is so good, kekekeke. The music video for that song is hilarious too, especially his facial expressions. His other songs are really good too. I used to be in a choir and stuff so I enjoying randomly singing too. Learning to sleep anywhere really important when you work on big projects and you have to get the project done so you don't get regular sleep and have to get it when you can. Very important skill to have imoimo.
