find something to keep yourself busy. eg. read a book, hit the gym, go for a jog, learn a dance move, find some dyi stuff (doesn't have to be useful, it's just for fun!), apply for jobs, work on your resume, whatever! ban all your common and favorite porn sites from your browser. if you firefox then get a addon called blocksite (ban google if you're really REALLY tempted and having a hard time controlling it). basically keep yourself busy, and everything you get the urge tell yourself you're not doing it. it's probably a phase if you're young, if you're 18+ you need to stop cuz i suspect it's also a porn addiction and that will be detrimental to future relationships.
