As for telling her she's hot, say your friends think she's hot rather than you yourself. Again, having another source comes off as more trustworthy than you yourself, and having multiple people is great. This works for me all the time, although only if you have mutual acquaintances. It doesn't even have to be true since she will never confront them about it. Just make sure you get the point across not that they like her, but that they think she is attractive.

Many girls look great, but get this idea from somewhere that they don't, and it becomes really hard for them to believe it when you say they look good. The best way to do this is to say something when she has NOT just said she thinks she needs to lose weight or something along that line. If you say it after she says something, she is likely to think that you are speaking reflexively to what she said, and not necessarily sincere. Instead, when you see her, find something to compliment her about-- tell her you really like her hair, or she looks really great in her summer dress, or whatever you happen to find attractive. This is a really nice surprise for many girls and makes them happy to hear that someone is noticing something they find attractive about them.

I wanna know what's the most subtle way of phrasing "i think you're hot" without being explicit about it? Something that implies i notice that she's got a good figure. What can i do with the situation, i don't want to be so direct cause she's attached, but i just want to flirt cause she's so funny. Sorry again if this is stupid, i don't have a way with words.
