I think SCII needs two more leagues.

First, rust league which is the lowest of the low. That's where you put the people who are just complete idiots. (Newbie does not equal idiot, just so you know...)

Second, stone league, which is one above the rust league. That's where you put the people who know the game but just can't get it together. (That's where I belong.)

Maybe bring back copper league for the absolute newbies?

not necessary at all, the league system already shows nothing regarding skill, its just there if anything they need a ELO based system that isnt broken up like this, or at least to show MMR

Given that the leagues show absolutely nothing other than a rough indication of skill I'd have to say that it's a fairly useless idea. You get match with people of similar skill, not league :/

Practice league incorporates both of those leagues.
There should be a method to go back to practice leagues.

I remember when Blizzard first announced practice leagues, I was under the impression that it would be another way of quick-matching, just without ranks(obvi). I was sorely disappointed D:

Back on topic!: IMHO, MMR handles this issue handily enough. The people who are no good at the game(read: idiots) have such a low MMR that you don't need to worry about playing them(or so that is how it should work, I can't say whether or not this is true as I'm not in Bronze

) Being in Rust league would be sooooooooo embarrassing I imagine, ahah.
