What did I hear in the Group C commentary? Fruitdealer looks like a villain in the guylined promo pic? Because of this lack of shaving? ... Guys, this zerg is practicing so hard, he does not have time to shave. He also needs to practice in a PC bang as he is currently not in a team, making it harder for him to practice. He also gets less input as he has no team right now, one more reason to think about strategies instead of worrying about the shave.
And what to zing about the hair style? It's great, man. It's a statement. It says "Me: former champion, you: scrub." The only proper reaction to his hair-do is to look up to him in awe.
His performance was not successful in Group C but there were some comments in the cast which put me under the impression that Wolf was trying to say he is not a great player anymore. Even though he lost two matches, FD did not get roflstomped either. As of now he always stayed in Code-S, while other champions fell down already. FD maybe is currently no champion material as he struggles to stay in Code-S. But he deserves our unending support nonetheless.
If anyone speaks about Fruitdealer, he should to so with respect. More so as he is probably older than many of us and much more accomplished as a Starcraft player anyway. He did what we don't ever could dream of.
He still is a great inspiration. His play still can be used to learn zerg. Even the games he lost can be recommended to study zerg. While he did some things wrong, he also did many things right.
He still is one of the world's best SC2 zergs. And even with the strange make-up, he looks like a people's hero.
+ Show Spoiler +I wrote this rant 'in character' as a fruitdealer fanboy. I watched some of Wolf's casts before he was hired by GOM and consider him a super-nice guy with both good analyzis as well as an entertaining commentary style.

Hate to say it but fruitdealer kind of does suck right now and hasn't been preforming for several months, I doubt he will ever be anywhere near the top again as other have surpassed both his skill level and his speed of improvement..
