Should universities offer all their courses and lectures as webcasts for the general public to view?

UC Berkeley webcasts have been extremely awesome =D
I started watching them after I randomly stumbled upon psych 160 =D

I learned a lot and I'm wondering if all universities should adopt this. I think it would be great to have ALL courses available online for people to watch and learn. Like cartography!! =O

I also think it would be interesting for students to directly compare teachers / courses from different universities.

Also class preview would be good but i think it is the most helpful to prospective students to get a feel for what classes they might take are like, and also what university may be like...
