So I'm just sitting here hanging out with my son, who is furiously building robots out of legos. I can't get any games in because I have to keep an eye on him. (3 year olds can be quite destructive if left to their own devices!)
I was curious as to how the new patch, and the influx of the Chinese server, was shifting things around on the top 200 and I was pleasantly surprised. Zerg is finally getting close to a fair share of the spots. The first graph is by ladder points alone, the second graph is points with win/loss ration factored in. Both graphs are very close in numbers, I just like to be thorough.

This is the closest to an even split there has ever been as far as I know. I think Blizzard is definitely on the right track in terms of balance. Doesn't it make you happy to see things evening out finally?

I lol'd at your title.

Does anyone know if any chinese players stream? I'd love to see if they're trying anything unorthodox, or exactly how good their top players are getting.

Top 20,000? O.O I guess large sampling was to reduce statistical errors...

LOL, @ my title. As you can see having a 3 year old bouncing around you and asking questions every 15 seconds can be quite distracting

But don't worry, I double checked the #'s on the graphs lolz.

I actually read the title as intended, didn't notice it was miswritten until it was pointed out here, haha.

I think it's pretty obvious via this and some of those other graphs we've been seeing floating around that it is starting to even up a bit... Unfortunately Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void are going to throw some wrenches in. I am confident that solid balance will eventually be achieved.
