Hi peeps,
Today i wanna talk about seasons in starcraft 2.
does anyone think that its really annoying that there are seasons? all your hard work is wasted when the next season starts, its sad isn't it?
also does anyone know or have the same problem that, the number/points under your character name in the top right corner or the screen isnt moving even if you play a ladder game? whys that?
and do people find it really annoying that the shift F2 keys dont work anymore? sad lost 
sigh...
please answer those questions and give me a satisfying answer so that i know blizzard does everything with a reason, and its all god

1. Seasons are awesome, your mmr stays intact from season to season, so you don't waste hard work, because it just resets points.
2.The number under your name is achievement points, so its a worthless number.
3.You can make location keys in the custom hotkeys menu, I can do shift+f2 f3 f4 just like in bw.

If there weren't seasons, that would really screw someone who, for example, just bought the game. There would almost literally be no way for them to catch up.

for gamei/PGT/ICCUP/other ladder BW servers, i loved the ladder reset. for during those times you finally had a chance to play against people way above your skill level. Then of course it allows you to have "rank races" with some of your friends. i.e. "i'll beat you to C/B rank". it's a great motivator to play.
i really don't see how ladder resets do anything for SC2. as you'll still play against the same group of people after the reset.
