Hey guys just want everyone to know I have been given the go to start a SC2 Tournement

I was thinking of making it a plat and lower tournement, with a 4$ enterance fee.

First place gets 50$

What do you guys think? Should I increase/decrease the enterance fee. If I increase/decrease it will affect the prize money.

Let me know what you think in the comment below, and since I am DJ Wilma, check out this old mix i did.

This is a bad idea as most plat players are not as competitive. As a matter of fact, most players wont pay in fear platinum players, and plat players won't play in fear of smurfs. The other aspect is that 50/4 = 12.5 which means its either a shitty tournament or you are making a profit.

Either make the entree fee a dollar AND have the prize pool change with the number of players (with you pictching in, so net return is GREATER than 1)

OR

Make a free tournament with lets say a small prize pool ($5)

If you make tournaments on z33k.com a lot of players will join even with a small prize pool, as there are prizeLESS tourneys that people join everyday!

The issue with having a platinum and below tournament with a cash prize on the line is that some masters player out there will just get on a plat friend's account and win. I guess it would be kind of obvious, but it still makes me a little uneasy. You may want to consider removing that restriction.
