hey, quick blog, I was thinking if anyone wanted to spice today's semifinals a bit by betting few dollars on your favourite player?
I'd like to bet 5 dollars per game on Kas. That means Kas wins 4:0 = you give me 20 dollars, Kas loses 3:4 = I give you 5 dollars, etc (liquibets are 4750:4500 in Thorzain's favor, so I believe 1:1 odds are fair). Unfortunately I don't have paypal/moneybookers so I can only bet against someone who has FTP (full tilt) account or we'd have to find a kind mediator who would've had both.
so if you're interested, just write here and I will tell you if I accept or not (the more reputable you are, the better). I don't want to spend much money on this, so I will accept only 2 takers, but everyone feel free to arrange your bets here.

Heh, sure, I'm in. $5 per game sounds good to me. I'm MinoMino on FTP as well.

Rekrul has much more money involved.

Basing your 1:1 bet on the fact that Thorzain was picked more is pretty foolish since we all know people pick him without knowledge of the fact that TvT is his worst matchup and by far Kas's best lol. Betting even money for the OP is a steal, Thorzain should be a huge underdog.

EDIT: Just read you can only do through FTP. Too bad I live in the US... -.-

1) TvT by far best Kas' matchup? And you base it on what? 1 match against Nada? Kas has worst win ratio in TvT out of all matchups.
2) I didn't base my odds on anything, I just thought it would be easiest to have 1:1 odds and when there's no significant skill difference, it doesn't matter. I'm not forcing anyone to accept the bet. If there was an OSL final between Bisu and Flash, I'd bet 5 dollars on Bisu anytime, even though I know Flash is favorite.
I can't believe there are still annoying people complaining about evrything when it's fun bet for fucking 5 dollars.

Yeah, I would've bet for Kas myself if I could chose, but Thorzain seems to be able to pull it off every time. Paid off this time! I mean, considering what he's achieved at this point, it shouldn't be surprising if he manages to take the whole thing.
Regardless of who I got my money on, it makes it a lot more enjoyable to watch.
