Also having redbull because you are tired in the morning on any type of regular basis is probably a bad idea. | ||

You can read this for ideas: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Bull#Health_effects But even if the physical health effects aren't a problem I'd still argue that needing a drink in the morning to make you more 'awake' becomes a dependency (just like coffee but obviously a lot of people do that so you aren't alone). | ||
