Korean Practice Schedules

I am wondering if there is anyone with in-depth knowledge of Korean Professional StarCraft house schedules.

I'm currently attempting to become a top player however just playing ladder 8 hours a day doesn't seem like enough. Do koreans play for like 50% of the time then use the other 50% theorize or use UMS maps to practice certain aspects of their game i.e. just macro or micro?

I wish I could live in a pro house for a week and see how it's all done

appreciate any knowledge

1. Wake up and practice for a couple hours.
2. Lunch and exercise
3. More practice
4. Dinner
5. Discussion + practice

Something along those lines from what I remember.

Heres what you do:

1. play ladder 8hours a day
2. Get to high masters/top200 and regularly play pros
3. Practice partner with them and discuss joining a team/specific schedules.

BTW
Sure they might discuss and use UMS a bit but it definitely 90% playing

where are idra, tyler, and ret xD they lived through this im sure any one of them could easily give a complete description (possibly again) of what its like
