I'm currently attempting to become a top player however just playing ladder 8 hours a day doesn't seem like enough. Do koreans play for like 50% of the time then use the other 50% theorize or use UMS maps to practice certain aspects of their game i.e. just macro or micro? I wish I could live in a pro house for a week and see how it's all done  appreciate any knowledge  | ||

2. Lunch and exercise 3. More practice 4. Dinner 5. Discussion + practice Something along those lines from what I remember. | ||

1. play ladder 8hours a day 2. Get to high masters/top200 and regularly play pros 3. Practice partner with them and discuss joining a team/specific schedules. BTW Sure they might discuss and use UMS a bit but it definitely 90% playing | ||
