Got a request from a SC2 fan to create a custom Zergling inspired plush! So I made a fat cuddly version! Been wanting to make one for awhile just didn't have the motivation. It is made from fleece, felt, and vinyl for claws and spikes (which I will never use on such small details again, my hands were sore and I cursed a lot) It's about 10 inches long and the wings were designed in photoshop and transferred onto cotton. The original intent was to make the wings out of a sheer material, but all the material I found was way to fairy-like. It is held up with a wire armature and is not intended for children, as it may eat them.
I will probably make a limited run of these critters in the near future. Probably won't take individual orders as I have a problem saying no and then my crafting time is consumed by orders. Which is great I love orders, but sewing the same thing over and over gets to be a chore.

I actually had limited revisions on the pattern, only had to scale up the leg size once. That's a new for me I usually go through 2-4 prototypes before I get the pattern where I like it. Think I'm finally getting a hang of this plush making stuff. ;P

				Cutest plush I've ever seen.
I wonder what toss units (from BW) would look good as a plush? I've seen an obs before, I don't think much else would work, I can't imagine making an arbiter or a carrier look cute haha.

The 1st one always takes the longest. I think this one took me 3-4 hours to make. Mostly due to the vinyl being hard to work with.

				This is so adorable!
3-4 hours is amazing. In 3-4 hours I would probably just be able to make a white piece of fabric with many holes and red

OMG that is so adorable! I've been a fan of your work ever since I saw your baneling plushie. Would you ever make a probe? They are my favorite unit ever as you can guess from my profile. ♥

You should sell the design to a plush company labelled as "Small Rushing Alien" (to avoid Blizzard's copyright law-hammer) and profit! :D
