LSB vs. RoL GRUDGE MATCH

The back story:

In the most recently completed mafia game, Insane Mafia II, RebirthOfLeGend was the mafia mind controller. This means he could take command of one person per cycle; controlling their night actions and votes. During night 1, RoL used this ability to cause Coagulation to shoot Annul. In the ensuing chaos of the second day, Bumatlarge revealed that a Lemonwalrus, who was supposed to be a vanilla townie, had returned the detective check of blue, a power role. As everyone rushed to sort things out, another character appeared in our drama. tnkted claimed to be a bus driver and he had used his power to switch walrus and Bum because he thought that walrus was in potential danger and he knew that Bum, the mayor, had bodyguards protecting him from night kills. While this explained the night actions, it cast heavy suspicion on walrus. However walrus had already “discovered” a breadcrumb that “confirmed” him as town. The problem? walrus was mafia and the clue that confirmed him had been discovered by myself, the godfather. Jackal58 was also confirmed via breadcrumb and Coag was confirmed by confessing that it had been his shot that (accidentally) killed Annul. This left just one person, Tackster, unconfirmed. After much debate and a close vote, Tack was lynched.

Six of these players, Tack, Jackal, Coag, Annul, walrus, and the day one lynch Darmousseh, were participants in a subgame known as the item game. The last faction standing in the item game received six powerful items. With Darm, Annul, and Tack now dead, the mafia only needed to kill Jackal and Coag to win the IG. The town knew their position was tenuous. They didn’t know how many medics they had and they still were unsure of the mechanic that had caused Coag to shoot Annul. However the mafia was in an equally tight spot. They didn’t have a way to get past both town players if a single medic protection was used. Furthermore, tnkted the bus driver could easily move one of the townies out of harm’s way. But the mafia had an ace in the hole. Orgolove was the mafia drug dealer. He could give people a drug which doubled their night action power and protected them during night as well. Orgo gave some of these drugs to tnkted hoping he’d use them thus doubling his power. The hope behind this was that the mafia could then mind control tnkted. With two buses instead of one, the mafia would hit two random players and bus the two protected IG players with the random hits thus bypassing any potential medic protection.

Here’s where things get murky. tnkted was wary of using the drugs, he didn’t know if they were poison and he recognized the risk of being MC’d. He finally hit upon the idea that he’d bus himself to subvert the MC. RoL sent in his night action to MC tnkted, the mafia sent in their hits to kill Rean and Chaoser. RoL used tnkted’s buses on Rean with Jackal and Chaoser with Coag and everyone waited with baited breath for morning. When the smoke cleared, none of the mafia targets were dead. Why did this happen? LSB believes that the busing action tnkted performed on himself negated the MC. RoL believes that the mind control supersedes the bus. I am unabashedly biased towards RoL, as a member of that ill fated mafia team I am pissed off at the ways things went down. But in the hype I’ve gotta remain impartial so I ask that both sides PM me their official statements and I’ll include them in the OP.

I am right because LSB sucks. A busdriver being able to bus himself creates an evil loop with no actual resolution. WITH MY SUPERIOR PLANING AND ON THE WHIM DECISION MAKING I WILL CRUSH LSB (Embarassingly).

The stakes:

Both parties have agreed that the winner will get signature rights over the other for a period of three months.

If LSB wins two games RoL will set his signature as "Insane mafia 2 was awesome!"

If LSB fails to win two games he will set his signature as "Busdrivers can't bus self" until his sig is full.
