Foreigners do indeed get some kind of exemption. If you can't compete at the highest possible level in the US and EU, I wouldn't go to Korea with the expectation of hopping into the GSL. | ||

In fact the worst one I've read was a guy who was in silver league and a guy who couldn't decide on the career of being a Kpop star or a progamer | ||
