					Always train with a purpose. Don't just grind/ practice just for the sake of playing. If you're going to play, make sure you focus on something. Have a strategy in mind, or know that you want to work on *something* in particular (perfecting your macro, or making sure that you don't get psi-blocked, etc.). Of course, if you just want to have fun with friends, then that's entirely different    | ||

And I think the point is that the time-restraint isn't the main problem; the main problem is making sure you know what to do or focus on as you play the game. Three well-planned and well-executed games can be much more rewarding than ten random games where you didn't really do anything special or gain any ground strategy-wise.
