I have to admit I could have chose better games, but I didn't realise how long this would take me and so I just kinda picked a short game that had a little action. Hope it was something interesting anyway

I actually found this quite good. Granted, I haven't watched an english BW cast in a year or more but it seemed better than the people I watched then.

Though I'm curious why the subtitle cast? Is it a lack of equipment thing or (and I really mean no offense at all) do you have a voice thats not quite cut out for casting?

My logic was that most people like hearing the koreans anyway, because they sound so excited, so I felt like this could be a valid format. In retrospect tho—even if it's partly because I didn't pace the subtitles very well—I think there is too much action you need to pay attention to on the screen so you end up missing parts and not know what's going on.

It was more or less an experiment :O It seemed like a good idea on paper.

Yeah dude I see where you're coming from. It certainly is a bit hard to fully watch the game. I found that you actually paced the subtitles quite well. There was always enough time to read the thing and look up at what was happening, and I'm not a fast reader by any measure (though maybe it would be hard for people with english not as a first language? Dunno). Also the positioning of the subtitles lets you keep a pretty good eye on the minimap.

Also it was cool how you stopped saying things when a lot of stuff you want to watch are happening (micro moments/big battles).

Overall I enjoyed it quite a bit and would certainly continue watching if you continued making. :D:D:D:D

That was more exciting that I thought it could ever be, really nice! Also, in my head, I read it with a documentary voice all the way through.

But do they really not read / comment on the signs? the first two times, they said "OH" or whatever, but they don't do any more? hmmm.

Thanks for this though! this is actually my ideal method for watching games. And you paced it very well. Great job!

I think they sent flash early to avoid or reduce the danger of flash getting sniped on one of the later maps. Sort of like how when flash was on his ace game losing streak KT would send other players for set 7 they though that it would be more effective to set him up earlier to avoid anti flash builds on the later maps. Also flash probably wanted to catch up to bisu

You should do these like the casts of the "best game of _____". There is very little text and It only appears to tell you somthing you wouldnt know otherwise.

Imagine if we did get real commentary subs, /drool, I always hear about how insightful the Korean BW commentators are - at a level far above anyone else.

I had to keep telling myself that it wasn't a translation for some reason. The subs just sorta seem to go with the commentators. :<
