I know I'm selectively picking evidence. To be honest, I think Game Freak went a little bit overboard with the creativity - look at all the frills on that legendary dragon. There are random spikes, sashes, and spots of color on most pokemon, and it really detracts from the artistic value IMO. Of course you'll have "knock offs" of previous gens. Hell, you've had those every generation after the 1st. Of course you'll have bad Pokemon. After all, who remembers Huntail? Remoraid? Come on. There's plenty of good gen 5 pokemon, which are, imo better than a lot of pokemon in the previous gens. The Homunculus Pokemon, the Chandelier Pokemon, the Gear Pokemon, and the Grass Afro Bull Pokemon, etc, there's so much good pokemon this generation, dunno why you guys pick out the bad ones and complain ~_~ | ||

TONS. theres like only a handful of pokemon each game that i would legitimately see as being aesthetically acceptable. | ||
