To answer your question about video editing programs, I know of no free programs that give you anywhere near as many options as premiere or vegas. I have used both myself and love them. I know of cheap software that works pretty alright and I've seen great work from it.

As always, try the software out before buying so that you know if you're making a good choice. I've never used either of these myself, but have seen talented people use them and like them over the years and they're a cheap alternative.

We could have turned on brighter lights, I didn't realize it would come out so dark in the video, near the back it isn't as dark...
