I've tried to fall asleep twice in the past hour, but the heat is making it really difficult. Anyone else experience problems like this? Even with the windows up and the fan going full force, the heat and humidity is keeping me awake. TL:DR - WEATHER IN AUSTRALIA DURING SUMMER SUCKS   | ||

I remember I went to texas one time, and it was midnight, and I was just so confused as to why it was STILL warm! If you have a dog, I'd suggest sleeping with them. As long as you have a blanket nearby on the ground, the floor isn't that uncomfortable and its colder than on a bed(heat rises, so floor is coldest.) That's what I do anyway... | ||

Best you can do is what I did in college and just be directly in the path of a fan, but it still sucks. | ||

Personally I sleep with one light bed sheet and a fan blowing directly at my head. This summer I wound up moving my entire bedroom to the downstairs because the heat upstairs was a good 85 degrees F (which is almost exactly 30 C). A dehumidifier might not be a bad idea either if that's what's bothering you too... | ||
