Reinstalling Windoze

So, I'm reinstalling Windows because there is some really, REALLY, weird driver/codec issue which is screwing up some of my SC2 commentaries - and my friend just suggested to reinstall to make things easier. I'm just trying to make sure I get everything I need sorted before I reinstall - what things should I save/copy to my external? 1. Drivers/driver information 2. Documents/files 3. List of passwords 4. Programs I use Am I forgetting anything? I haven't reformatted this PC before because it's a new one - and I have refomatted my old (secondary) pc for aaaages now. Cheers
