You can always celebrate your birthday a few days before if you want to celebrate with friends, right?

Just force your birthday celebration festivities to be a few days before, or after. =) My birthday isn't on a holiday, and I rarely do anything for my birthday, but when I do, it's generally not on my actual birthday anyway... It's generally on the closest weekend day to it =P (Although you're kinda double-shafted this year with christmas being on a Saturday.)

Christmas is on my birthday." That is pretty good idea actually :D To be honest thanks everyone for the birthday wishes, this is the most I have ever got already since my own family sometimes even forgets to tell me happy birthday past midnight on the 24. Until someone mentions it at like 1-2 AM then everyone says it. Thanks again this is pretty sweet!

one of my friends has birthday on 25th, the other on 28th, so we celebrate those on 27th/28th/29th. The good thing about it? We get to celebrate their birthday during the one and only time in the entire year that all of us childhood/school friends are all in the same city. happy birthday

I was born in the summer so I'm pretty well off. It must suck to have your birthday around a major holiday... >n< Nevertheless, HAPPY BIRTHDAY~~~!

From here on out, in honor of you, if I ever have a child born on Christmas, I will delay the celebration until New Years. A buddy of mine was born on the 22nd (or 23rd) so he was in the same boat, but eventually he got used to it. Besides, birthdays kinda get lame after a certain age... :/ (I will always have cake though)

"Sorry folks we celebrate Christmas on the 26th, because on the 24th/25th, we're celebrating our son's birthday. Everyone is free to bring prezzies." Pretty soon people will get used to it and when folks greet them with "Merry Christmas," they'll be like... "You mean Merry Kuo Day, of course."
