For those of you that follow Starcraft closely, you'll notice one surprising information. Flash is eliminated from the MSL by the likes of Ssak and Classic. To many, this will be disastrous, as they will have no Silver Badge distributed this season. However, to some, this will be great, having FlaSh eliminated is like a dream come true. Now Jaedong will have a one way ticket to record-breaking season.
To me, as a lifelong FlaSh fan, this comes as depressing. After all, he was placed into a group with scrubs that he could have nuke rushed, and still have won. Yet, a part of me says, "FINALLY!!!" This part tells me that this time, we won't have a FlaSh vs Jaedong finals. Yet, the depressing side still wins over my emotions.
However the question still holds, HOW??? Was it underestimating? Lack of practice? He forgot his robotic oil? Forgot the batteries to his maphacks? Whatever the case, millions from around the world cry, or celebrate, the early exit of Lee Young Ho.

BISU VS JAEDONG FINALS MAN
|
|
The title is a huge spoiler... But on topic, Flash apparently had a fever or something. Also, Bisu >> Jaedong, easy.
|
Probably figured he would roll some noobs and then lacked in practice and ended up losing.

Horrible spoiler. Jesus, when will people learn.

Nice spolier man (good mod intervention thou)
In LR there is a note that flash had a fever that day. I don't want to justify his loss by some small fever but at sport witch is so demanding on focus and confidence of execution i think it would have a big impact.
Anyways it's a shame, but i will still cheer for him, and hope for BvJ finals ;]

Cheering against Flash in finals was fun, but since he never lost (I went to sleep after he was beating Effort 2:0) I'm not gonna miss it :D

Noob.
If you are truly a Flash fan, like me, you'd be fucking depressed and you would enjoy 10 more FvJ finals. They are awesome and watching Flash play is awesome. He got unlucky and did not play up to his full standard (bonjwa mode) and had a fever I think. Better luck next time and I almost cried when he lost. No problem though, he will win OSL and own it up in PL and especially in WL.

"MSL Spoilers" by "FlashFTW
Hmm....I didn't see this coming.
To voice my opinion though, it was: 1. Ssak has barely made any proleague appearances and is out of OSL so obviously he's been preparing strategies to beat Flash in TvT for quite a while (he said so in the winners interview). 2. Flash had to play 3 leagues on 3 days, and has had to prepare for all matchups while Ssak only needed to prepare one matchup against 1 player. 3. Fatigue? 4. Flash not taking it as seriously (he showed ridiculous cockiness in his winners interview vs SKT and was obviously expecting to roll over everyone in his group)
All of these are just excuses though and probably didn't play more than a minor role. Flash just played bad, couldn't consolidate the small advantages he got, and didn't really play with any sense of purpose other than "oh ill move units here and here and here cause it looks right I guess....w/e I'm awesome anyway". It happens, (hell, Man U got wrecked by West Ham...WEST HAM...not too long ago) and Flash has shown us that he's only rivaled by Jaedong in consolidating his losses and coming back stronger.
On a side note though, it seems as if most of Flash's TvTs recently, even when hes won, have been extremely close until the end (barring v Light on grandline). He might need to rethink his TvT soon

I love your username. And by "love" I mean I point at it and laugh.
Nah, I can understand your pain, but even Flash is just a human. In sports a loss is always just around the corner and It's my guess that Flash got a little cocky after the beat-down he delivered to Best the other day. I'm pretty sure he'll crush Ssak and Classic the next time he'll meet them, so chin up. You've chosen the absolute best starcraft player in the world to cheer on. I'm a fan of Much. You can understand that that makes a man hardened to disappointment*. To be perfectly frank, you've been spoiled by good results especially after last season, and it will only get worse from here... Get used to it, and if you're a real fan, you'll stand by him anyway.
*Even though Park Young Min is in good form atm! Fighting!

I think he means the 3rd MSL win, Golden Badge. Although Jaedong is also a contender with 2 wins so far.
