I've got some free time to check a game. I'm only a 1600 Diamond so there are probably more things that I'm missing.
Some things from your first game (going chronologically):
-Send your probe a little earlier to get that 10 pylon down. It was ~4 seconds late and you wouldn't have had to delay that probe.
-You sent your probe early for the gateway on 13, but you built it away from where your probe was. -Put it directly under where your probe is (what I do is have the probe selected, hit B, and then spam G+click)
-You waited until you had ~150 minerals to get your gas. When going gate->robo, gas is very important.
-You didn't construct the Cyber until 13 seconds after your gate was done even though you had ~250 minerals.
-You didn't put guys on gas until it had been done for 17 seconds
-Your first zealot and warpgate research was very late, around 15 seconds of having enough minerals/gas for them both (going gate->cyber, you can start a zealot about 10 seconds after putting the cyber down, and they'll finish at the same time. You'll have just enough to make a stalker and start research right away.)
-You stopped making probes and units right after you put that robo down though you had enough min/gas for a probe and a sentry
-You didn't need to pull all of your workers off to defend that early marine push, just pull 5-6 and get behind them to try and get a surround (though if you hadn't delayed that stalker and sentry you would have had more than enough to defend it)
-around 5:45, there were no probes being made, units being produced, or chronoboost being used (you had just started to chronoboost WG research after that, you could be chronoboosting that or probes if nothing else)
-You put down that robo at around 4:30, it was done at 5:30, and you didn't start making anything out of it until 6:15. Make something cheap like an observer since you're on double gas and you get easy scouting
-There was about 2 minutes when you had no guys on 1 of your gas geysers. Since immortals are so expensive and sentries are so cheap but gas heavy, with 2 gas you can make sentries and immortals and strike a balance between minerals and gas
-I don't really see anything wrong with that first drop except for that you just got really unlucky with the timing of it.
-Instead of panicking and trying another drop after that big push, calm down and make probes and pylons. You were pretty much supply blocked for 3 minutes and jumped up to 1k+ minerals
You did a lot of good stuff like making probes pretty much constantly and not just sacrificing your immortals on those drops. However, there were just a lot of little mistakes. Fixing a lot of these, macroing well, and remembering pylons will help you a lot. While I like drops, until you get your macro down really well, I would just continue trying to pump more units out than your opponent.
Oh shoot. Forgot to mention I was the Terran! LOL!
