EPTSo what I have been currently doing is just doing a custom game as zerg with the build I am timing and then playing a game on very easy as terran or protoss and using some early rush builds (first off) to see if I can survive the early rush. Then I compare replays and see where certain units get out. I am using this to try and tweak my current build alittle bit and also just be able to know what to adapt to when I scout.
On another note: I want real people to do custom game practices with. The ai only gets you so far and I don't want to go laddering(more) quite yet.
Just to check and double check the timings.
