5/5 chef. due to issues with blizzard, i have refused to buy sc2 and still currently boycotting still get on iccup to get owned by koreans, but it is great when i win games. in the beta period of sc2, in all the games combined, never have i gained the satisfaction of winning an epic BW game against ppl on iccup.
sc2 just doesn't have that factor... the other day, i duked out with this korean for 30+ minutes in z v p and i came out on top in FS. i couldnt help but stand up, do a little fist pump and be like YEAHHHHH WHAT NOW BITCH!! >_< i love bw, it will never die for me
I don't really care if SC2 can be a good game or not, I just don't like that Blizzard is babying it. SC2 has to become a wolf in its own right and then if necessary they can tear each other to shreds. Right now Blizzard is trying to break BroodWar's legs so that SC2 can beat it up and gain a false sense of accomplishment. That's no way to raise a child, no sir.

Lol nice way of describing it, and that's kinda why I'm yet to buy SC2. I'm still waiting to see what happens concerning kespa and PL and shit. If they don't let BW live on, Idk if I can live knowing I gave blizzard another $60 to further bury BW

This reminded me of times not long passed, when we could all enjoy people like Nony, Ret, Nongmin, Kawai, TT1 and more streaming brood war. During that time i was like: ok, i guess i will watch a game or two today, but now i would kill for the quality bw stream like that...
