Best training method

Hi guys,
I got 2 idea's for SC2. Think that you only need to play 3 maps for example.

1)Practice 1 map at a time, 3 hours a day, 3 days
2)Practice all 3 maps on every day, 3 hours a day, 3 days.

What do you think would be the best? You do the same , creating tactics/builds and use them, but the training is different.

1) Open up 1gate goon
2) Expand off 3 goons
3) Get citadel, then robo, then temp archives and 2nd gate at 33 food
4) Arbiterzzz + mass expand
you'll be (P)

i dont know how you guys but im playing one map for entire day and when it gets really old i change it for 2 winning maps and go back to the same map.

Hmm, I don't play sc2 much ( just w friends) or BW much anymore, but back when I played BW often, the method that helped me the most was practicing vs someone whose better than you, but you can still take some games off them ( like one in ten games) on the same map and with the same build over and over. Then when you win, you can see what you did that made you win and when you lose you can review your replay to see what you could have done better.

practice the same BO over and over in the same map.

that way you start learning timings. Watch TvZ replays in BW and you will see most A rank terrans scan right when mutas are hatched. That's practice.
