I just found out that my aunt committed suicide.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer about 8 months ago. She had her breasts removed and was getting treatment. She was really depressed. Few hours ago she hang herself.
She's dead and I feel like shit. I'm not gonna be able to sleep. It's 3:22 am. I just wanted to share it with someone.
I hope shes in a better place.

Often the feeling of saying it to some one helps the healing process, if you find that you become depressed please seek help.

Cancer man. She's in less pain now. Just understand her pain, she probably had to do it. Move on, she definitely knew what was best for her. God knows how much she suffered.

For me, music always helps. Whether it be listening to a favorite song, or playing your favorite instrument. Other then that, it just takes time. Things WILL get better. I am extremely sorry for your loss. I know where you are right now... I was there not too long ago myself. Not my aunt, but someone close to me. I'm really sorry man.

you must realise that when someone is suicidal their number one thought is esaping their pain. if anyone in your family feels they could have prevented this, they couldn't. if you or anyone in your family falls into depression, the most important thing is to talk about it and seek help.

Sounds like she made a choice only she could make. You can disagree with it, but at the end of the day she had some good reasons and what's done is done.

My cousin just hung himself last thursday. I got there before the paramedics did. It was absolutely horrible. I had a blog written up to get some things off my chest but decided not to post it. I know how hard it is... you have my condolences.

I'm sorry for your loss man. My best friend just lost her grandma ( viewing was today), and her older brother's best friend just comitted suicide, and its been a real rough couple of days for thier whole family so just know that theres people going through the same thing as you.
