Anyone have experience using RazerZone?

RumZ United States956 Posts September 03 2010 21:29 GMT #1 Currently I have an order in progress that has been pending a shipping for 3 days now. The order is the amount of around 700 bucks, and I ordered next day shipping. Curious to know if anyone in the US has had shipping issues similar to this, considering after paying 700 dollars and next day shipping, I kind of expected my product to be here. Anyone else have negative experiences with their vending or am I just unlucky?

DefMatrixUltra Canada1992 Posts September 03 2010 23:27 GMT #4 Seems like if you bought next-day shipping and it's "stuck" at pre-ship, there is some problem with the payment or address or something. You should try contacting Razer about the problem, they'll probably refund your next-day cost and then some.

mardi United States1164 Posts September 03 2010 23:51 GMT #5 Were any of the items you ordered on backorder? Usually they will wait till that item will come in to ship everything together. It could also be stuck at the packaging step.

RumZ United States956 Posts September 04 2010 09:29 GMT #7 The order was 2 megaladons, 2 megasomas, 1 lycosa, 1 momba, and 2x spare feet for mouse use. My friend im building for is more or less rich, he also picked up a 1366 mobo and proc, and etc. Just built the rig.. all I can say is wow... max settings at ultra on 1920 reso.. he wont lag with 1600 food carriers in a 4v4 imho.. it's ridiculous.
