So i'm working for Ernst&Young in Vietnam (for those who don't know, it's an accounting firm). This week i'm assigned to audit this company which is located in a industrial park outside of Hanoi.
I reached here around 8 a.m, and started doing my stuffs.
It was 12 p.m, and the client invited us for lunch. They had a kitchen and cooked their own food. So it was a normal meal like any other Vietnamese meal. We got rice, boiled vegetables, pork rib stew, stir fried beef with onion ... and fried fish. Fuck yea, I love fish.
Eventually it was the fish stomach which was left on the plate. So i was like "well since no one wants it" and put it into my bowl. Some weird looking particles caught my eyes. They looked like tiny stones, white, kinda ............ tooth-like.
Indeed, those were human teeth. I placed it on the table, confused. Everyone else was like "WTF?". One guy called the chef, we asked him where he got the fish. He said one of the guys who worked in the kitchen went fishing and caught it. We asked that dude, he was like "Yea this morning, at the small pond in the cemetery".
I was like "Oh cemete-WHAT?!"
One girl vomited on the spot lol I was extremely grossed out but tried to keep my calm.
tl;dr: i ate a fish which happened to have human teeth inside his stomach ...

Nice. Its just the circle of life. Things get tossed around a lot. Like the nutrients in your body have been a part of a lot of things before they became a part of your body.
its only natural that we eat things that have been part of another human sooner or later.

Kind of reminds me of that time when I was little I ate a mussel which had a small crab inside it. Felt that initial crunch and spat it out. Wasn't able to eat another mussel until couple years ago, although I check the insides of every mussel.
No, but yeah back on topic. Should throw that tooth back to the pond man. It's bad luck to keep that. Anyways, why the hell does a cemetery exist so close to a pond. Erosion happens when it rains or flood.

Hahaha disgusting but funny story.
The famous Nile Perch, in the Victoria Lake in Africa was fed corpses from the Rwanda conflicts that were thrown into the lake. The countries adjacent to the lake exported thousands of tons of nile perch to Europe during the civil war in Rwanda. Thanks god, european supermarkets remove the fishes' stomach before selling them :D
