So i'm off to college in about 4 hours (leaving at 6:30 in the morning, it's a 4 hour drive). I'm just kind of sitting here like...what the fuck is going on. I'm leaving the place I've known since forever. I want to leave, but all the same it's insane. I don't feel like I'm going to particularly miss this place (though my life for the last 18 years has been pretty sweet I must admit), but I might later. I'm also very bored and writing this blog.

Yes, that's a thread 4 years ago talking about how I was going to my FIRST DAY of high school. If this isn't lulz worthy, I don't know what is. My examination of my first day is hilarious. It's actually kind of funny how many people I met that day that I ended up being really good friends with. The "hot girls" in my class I last saw about 2 hours ago when there were some tearful good byes for college (though I did not pork any of them as was recommended numerous times in the thread, sadly).
It's great seeing all those old (now wartorn and battle scared) vet's giving me sage advice, but it's also kind of disturbing how many of them have that little nuke icon. Gives me the shivers. Also, you can tell that the userbase was much much smaller as my thread was considered entirely acceptable for the general forum.
TL;DR I'm going to college, have been logging on to teamliquid for wayyy too fucking long, and am really bored.
edit: Wow I am an even bigger nerd than I thought, going through my old semi-retarded blog posts has yielded this gem. Looks like I thought I was the fucking shit that year. Past sith was kind of cocky wasn't he.

here here! expect to hit rock bottom a few times over the next few months. if your freshman year was anything like mine, you're going to be hugging toilets, and in a lot of situations you'll later regret. BUT HAVE NO FEAR!! they will only serve to teach and humiliate you. because your friends never will let you forget that one girl when you were drunk that one time at that one party.

Why the fuck isn't dronebabo on IRC any more I remember that guy vaguely. If I remember right one time we had a conversation that got mentioned on the forums (one of my shining moments in TL history).
And I hope I've grown out of that. Kind of embarrassing since it was only 3 years ago. You never know though I would look out for blog posts in the next few months like "Got totally wasted! Got a blowjob! Thanks for the advice fuckers! TL <3 <3 <3"

I start school on the 30th. I'm living at home, but I really wish I could go somewhere... I just want to see things and go places. I live in San Diego, and I know people would kill to live here, but I want to experience what else is out there... too bad the world revolves around this thing called money and without it you can't do much...
