Sure! That's the first thing that I do with my kids. You mean the "forehand", right?
It'll take me another week or so to get a video of that going, but I'll make it.
The key is to practice mini-tennis (standing at the service line), and shorten the back swing and work on the follow-through. It'll make sense in a video.
