First versus Fifth, the archetypal underdog story. This is what awaits Clan Terror Australis and those who have been following our in-house Clan League, the TPL. After clawing their way back from bottom of the ladder with poor performances from the entire team, except LoSt, NFI has gone from almost 0-1 records against every team across the board to a respectable 1-1 to take #5 seed on the standings. The injection of self-confessed big boy [TA]Spud helped the wavering clan rejects pull it together just as star player [TA]LoSt lost his mojo.
Awaiting them in the final, though, is no easy feat. The superbly led Additional Pylons (AP) have abused their all-Protoss lineup (no longer true after Cosmic's return to activity) to claim #1 spot without having an overty more powerful roster than any other team. But could it all fall apart with the release of SC2? Self-confessed clanleading genius deL chose wisely, based on SC1 loyalty and activity (as well as Spud imba) while the AP lineup may be rocked by the activity of the players being applied in the shiny new game. Only time will tell, and the least we can hope for are some nice games, and also that NFI wins 2-0 ezmode.

Your thoughts on making the Finals? -Noodle
It was less something we aspired to but more something I knew we would achieve, we were peaking at just the right time with everyone upping their activity and practice to coincide with the road to the finals. -deL
Which player is your MVP? -Noodle
Probably me for picking lineups and being shifty to get Spud and LoSt in the same team. In gameplay, Spud has been a rock though. Basically outside of gameplay: me and Spud, inside gameplay: Spud and LoSt. -deL
In the next match, do you think that Spud might be sniped by a Protoss? -Noodle
Spud eats Protoss for breakfast, and shits out siege tanks. -deL
Are you confident that you will eliminate the opponent 2-0? -Noodle
For my personal games or do you mean 2-0 sets?
It's an interesting questions, because on the surface it seems inevitable that I will 2-0 my Protoss opponents. Digging deeper, however, it becomes apparent that a walkover might only count as 1-0.
As for set-wise, I think it's pretty obvious we have all avenues covered. If we 2-0 that's fine and I think we are certainly capable but you can't underestimate AP when you look at their season games. If it goes to ace I am very confident so I don't mind. -deL
In tomorrow's games, what do you think will be the biggest change to your gameplay? If Any. -Noodle
Seeing as I won't be playing tomorrow, there will be no change from my gameplay. Not playing tomorrow yields the exact same result as when I play - dodging. -deL
What were your thoughts while watching the previous games? -Noodle
Didn't have time to watch all of them but I assume they were pretty graphic with Spud bending his opponent over and having his way with them for 20 minutes. I just hope it's not Jess' first time. -deL
Any points you would like to improve on in the subsequent games and sets? -Noodle
Jess double-guessed my lineups which was tricksy of her, the little hobbit. Other than that, if I can cheese a win or if Scara plays straight up I think we can eliminate the need to take it in the super ace. -deL
