An excellent AMV does not just have a good song edited with crisp video sequences, but enforces the identity of the anime and its characters. I don't watch a lot of AMVs, as I am generally rather disappointed by those. I like this one however: Anime: Mai Hime Song: Mix of Lux Aeterna (Clint Mansell) and Requiem for a Tower (which is a remix of Lux Aeterna) Don't have a dl link. If you don't know the anime, the video basically sums up the first half of the series. That's when the real story starts to unfold. | ||

here's a random VOD, since i cannot find the original one in which he fights kimimaro till the end, whic i really liked, but w/e, this one looked decent too oh, i think i found it, after i gave up hope, im not sure though, it looks newer + Show Spoiler + I also really liked one with Vampire Hunter D, but totally forgot which song | ||

Most AMVs are only suitable for those who have the same taste of music as the creator and like the general visuals of the certain anime... However, those AMVs of the opening post are an exeption of that thanks to the nice cutting work and at least not limited to very extreme tastes of music . You didn't lie when you called them real gems amongst lots of trash  | ||
