I won't categorize the albums this time since it's not varied enough and some of them are pretty hard to label. So let's start:
Misteur Valaire - Golden Bombay
I LOVE this album. I've been listening to it pretty much nonstop for the past couple of days. It's hard to describe but I'd say it's kind of electro-jazzy. It's pretty rare to see some great band like this coming out of the quebec music scene but those guys deliver. The band is actually selling their cd on their website for whatever you want to give them, which is always awesome:

Their myspace also has a couple of their new songs:

And finally since they didn't shoot they new videoclip yet I've included 3 teasers + a clip from their first album from youtube:

Ratatat - LP4
Notice: This album isn't out yet, it's coming June 8th
New Ratatat album. This album is like a continuation of their previous album. If you liked LP3 and the more experimental sound they aimed for then you will also love LP4

Bonobo - Black Sands
Kind of a melodic trip-hop album, I love that. I think Bonobo really found his niche with this album. I linked the titled song Black Sands because I just can't get this song out of my head.

Okay now for something completely different haha:
Mighty Midgets - Raising Ruins for the future
Great "in your face" punk rock. It's been a while since I found a punk rock band that reminded me so much of the old speedy trashy punk rock I was listening to when I was young. I wanted to link the song "Ruins for the future" but it's not on youtube so I'll just link the first song of the album:

Back to more hip-hop/trip-hop:
Wax Tailor - In the mood for Life
This album has some interesting samples. I like this kind of trippy/jazzy mood he's creating in his songs. Here's the titled song, which is one of the more happy/speedy song of the album the rest is pretty mellow

Sage Francis - Human The Death Dance
I've included this one because I was kinda disappointed in his newest album Li(f)e. I like this one way better.

So there you go. I'll try to cover more genres next time but I've been in a electro/trip hop mood lately
