in america, you pass out in public, you will probably wake up without your wallet and with blood coming out of your butthole. according to this post, you pass out in korea, people laugh at you on a blog but other than that you're fine. and based on a reply, you can do the same in japan. that's a testament to how safe those countries are! | ||
