FutureShop sucks.

I pre ordered because they said they would send me a beta key which I intended to give to a friend. FutureShop said it would take a maximum of 24 hours after I pre-ordered..

Hey guys, guess when I ordered the game? Lol 8 Days ago.

I've contacted them 3 times and received the exact same response from their customer service. I don't like getting automated responses because that just means that there is an even bigger problem if they need to make an auto reply to something to simple.

Why the hell did they promise 24 hour maximum if they can't deal with it. Too late though, I bought a non refundable gift card in order to pre order online and now I'm stuck with this piece of shit.

Next time, skip futureshop and head straight for GameStop/EBgames because this is dumb.

yeah futureshop always seems to fuck me over too. i was thinking about pre-ordering it there, but I remembered that i'm going to get the collector's edition instead, and I don't think they have pre-orders for those atm.

That really sucks. Futureshop got my key to me in a little under 24 hours though. They tend to be reliable usually, but I guess stuff like this happens every now and again?

Absolutely no way to get your money back? Might be possible to get another gift card or store credit if you want to cancel the pre-order. Otherwise, I hope you get your key soon.

Hm, I've preordered from FS and got my key around 30 hours after the order. My prob was with EBGames/GameStop that didnt send me a key and when I contacted them they said that even if that was annouced they can't guarantee that they are sending any because they run out quickly out of keys. SO I had to cancel <<

Anyway good luck sorting it, hope you get your key/money back

8 days wow, that sucks. Try to get a refund from them on the grounds of false advertising.
