I'm a fairly mediocre SC2 player. I don't stand out from the pack and I'm around the gold level (but in Beta who can honestly tell with the fluctuation).
Recently I've found myself doing a lot of FFA's when I'm bored and doing ridiculous strats because the play level is so low you can get away with doing the silliest builds that shouldn't work.
I've gone a couple of Barracks into 6 ghost academies for non-stop nuking, 100% marine army, pure thor, offensive planetary fortresses, etc...
The question I pose is simple. What strategies have you done that are extremely fun to pull off or what should I try out? I play almost purely Terran, but if something sounds fun enough I've no problem switching it over.

HT/Warp ray. Fly around sniping their CC/Nex/Hatches and running away. If they try to attack you have 9508402304987 storms with Warp Rays and maybe some zealots =]

I lost to a 100% thor army today vs my friend. ofc i was nuking though because its so much fun. :D
Edit, also I think i'm going to be streaming FFAs for a while so any suggestions on crazy starts to do (Preferably Terran) i'm all for it. my stream is located Here please tune in starting tomorrow, as it is 3:30AM here, and i will entertain all of you with some horribly awesome strats :D

pure DT is great in FFA cuz everyone is bad lol i LOVE gettting 200/200 dt's and rolling everything.

I've always been a fan of FFA, but there is no FFA ladder so I've yet to play one in sc2 yet.

Mass queens is awesome, you just gotta be quick with healing.

I've played like 4 FFA games where I literally play as economical as humanly possible, expanding like 3-4 times as soon as I can. The first combat unit I produce is a battlecruiser. lol.
I'm like 4-0 with that.

I played some FFA for fun last night and in the first 2 games, I eliminated 2 people and then the one guy I left alone rolled over me after my army is weakened from killing them. Then I decided to just cannon people and the same thing happened: I cannoned 2 guys at once, they both failed to defend it and left, and the 4th guy killed me with his huge tech advantage. I guess you're meant to sit back and hope no one attacks you?

Mass infestor and neural parasiting every single unit your opponent has is fun. If he's an ass and goes air, spam infested marines.

man when i get the beta, if ever, the first thing im gonna do is play ffa

The competition in FFAs is really weak, I'm 8-0 just doing silly stuff like cannoning up and massing carriers / mothership, or getting a billion banelings.
