much nicer mobo at a slightly higher price. you get an integrated graphics card so if your video card decides to die one day you wont be forced to go out and buy one or live without a computer. here's an even cheaper one havent looked at it thoroughly enough to tell the difference http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131595 oh second one doesnt support your ram speed | ||

I think I remember DDR3 Ripjaws being fully compatible with AM3 though. | ||

i did some poking around on the manufacturer site but it doesn't list support for 1600. i would just search around and see if people have issues with it on other forums aka just googling "gigabyte 770ta 1600mhz ram" and other similar combos till you get definite results. by the way, didn't phenom ii's not like 1600mhz ram or have they fixed that with the new revision? in the board reviews on newegg people are saying they have to manually change it to 1600 through the BIOS and it runs fine so it shouldn't be a big issue. | ||
