Mouse Acceleration in Windows 7

I just upgraded to Windows 7 and I'm loving it.
All except one thing...
There's clearly mouse acceleration on despite the fact I disabled "enhance pointer precision." I know there is a reg fix for this for windows XP and I've even found one that apparently works on vista, but I've struck out when it comes to ones that work with windows 7. I thought I'd ask if you awesome people at TL could help me out.

if you want you can use it. Just don't use that auto percision stuff

That would totally suck... unless I see you get a fix, this alone would make me wait to "upgrade" to 7. I changed all the pointers at my work computers (about 5) to have the "precision" off. I think my co workers are too dumb to notice, but computers with that function still on drive me CRAZY... if I couldn't get rid of this on my computer... I might go as far as to revert and try to exchanged the OS just for that.

something wrong with ur head or mouse drivers bro, there is no fix for windows 7 because windows 7 doesn't need the fix like xp did... gl pretending like you know something tho

I've never had accel problems when I disabled "enhance pointer precision" on 7. Going really fast to the right and then slowly to the left over the same distance 100 times still won't move my pointer any further to the right.

You are going to always have some acceleration I think. They probably changed the curve on Windows 7. I would look for some kind of utility that lets you modify the acceleration curve.

You can try going into regedit yourself and change the values, search google for the registry path etc

i downloaded the program from the link and now my coursor moves at an unbeleivebly low speed. On trackpad or mouse nothing is moving it much.
What the hell do i do to fix it pls help

From what i remember there is an uninstall procedure included in the file you downloaded.
