I work for a company doing quality assurance job...my job is to coach customer service agents so they do the right thing...every month we have to write two analogies for the agents so we can use it to coach the agents...and I suck at writing anything..T_T
let me give you some examples of what i have to write about...
transition without hesitation is like high speed internet or helping customer in speedy manner is like high speed internet...and I have to write a paragraph about it...
some common subjects are
-showing willingness to help
-using customer's name
-correct responses to customer's questions
-asking fact finding questions to uncover customer needs
-verifying customer
-offering company products
-closing the call following company guidelines
-using proper hold/transfer protocol
etc..
