Yep. That's one thing that I love about us (Comcast) as opposed to Verizon. If you call Verizon's tech support, you're nearly guaranteed to get someone on the other side of the world who you can barely understand. If you call us, you're nearly guaranteed to get someone in the States (usually even the same state as you), or at worst, a Canadian (we apologize for that, sorry ^_^).

Yeah, pretty much. You'll see it in a couple weeks. Any time Verizon tries to roll something out to out-do us, we just one-up them again.
