ugh, I hate it when that happens. Sometimes if its 99.9%, I just brute force it and watch/listen through it and its not that big of a deal.

Does it even matter that it's 99.8%? Shouldn't you be able to listen to most of it anyway? Should just skip a few parts of some songs.

I rarely torrent these days... but when I did this was the subject of many of my rages. VLC media player can actually play some media files that are only partially done, like videos. Unfortunately this puts you in sort of a progressive anxious state where you're left eventually thinking that you can watch a movie file thats only about a third of the way done. I mean... that's basically all you need to follow the plot right? It only gets annoying when you're trying to fap to it and all the good parts haven't downloaded yet.

The TSL torrent with the first game is stuck at 84 % for me, and everyone else it seems. Hate when people create a torrent and dont seed it properly, even if its TL!
